Marketing Operations Coordinator

Key Duties:

  1. Content and social media marketing

    1. Coordinate opportunities for our contribution to/appearance in reputable market-fit blogs and podcasts

    2. Basic editing of regularly captured video content for use on our website, LMS, and social media platforms

    3. Manage our content and social media calendar

    4. Post written, visual, and video content across multiple platforms

    5. Assist with the launch and management of a Facebook group

    6. Develop inbound links to our website

  2. Partnership Marketing

    1. Research joint venture opportunities and initiate outreach

    2. Manage partnership communications and event execution

  3. Prospect Communication & Database Management

    1. Log individual contact communications and profile properties in our CRM

    2. Coordinate individual contact follow-ups

  4. Customer Relationship Management

    1. Manage reviews, testimonials, surveys and customer feedback

    2. Program member check-ins

    3. Drive customer delight through personalised communications and innovative engagements

    4. Manage program communications and event calendars

    5. Coordinate the development and execution of a customer referral program

    6. Coordinate client 1:1 session bookings

  5. Business Operations

    1. Lead the development of standard operating procedures and process documentation

    2. Document management across our LMS, CRM and internal server

    3. Manage various company email inboxes

    4. Provide general support to the Managing Director

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a regular stream of partnership opportunities
  2. Ensure the effective coordination of partner campaigns
  3. Book a regular stream of guest writing and speaking engagements with good-fit businesses
  4. Ensure all developed marketing and communication material is accurate and represents our company’s strengths
  5. Ensure timely responses to communications across all mediums
  6. Provide the Managing Director with high-quality and timely support so he can focus on his areas of responsibility
  7. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data in all locations
  8. Develop and manage comprehensive SOPs, process documentation and file management systems 

 


Required Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

  1. Previous experience in a comparable role for a service-based business
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  3. Strong organisational, process development and project management skills
  4. An effective problem solver
  5. A high attention to detail
  6. A positive attitude with a desire to continually improve
  7. A reliable resource who understands the need to be flexible and hands-on as part of a small team
  8. A good grasp on social media and digital marketing best practices
  9. A strong technical proficiency with experience across a range of SaaS tools

Beneficial Knowledge, Experience & Skills (not a core requirement for the role):

  1. Basic video editing skills and experience
  2. Social media management skills and experience
  3. Experience with Kajabi and/or HubSpot
  4. Experience with Gmail for Business
  5. Relevant training and education in business or marketing
